The Los Angeles Dodgers (106-47, 93-60 RL, 65-75-13 O/U) collide with the San Diego Padres (85-68, 68-84 RL, 72-76-4 O/U) in a divisional showdown on Tuesday night. The Dodgers will have Tyler Anderson on the mound. The Padres will counter with Blake Snell, eying his third straight win. The Dodgers lead the season series 12-4.

Tyler Anderson will be on the hill to begin the series. W ill Smith has driven in more runs against the Padres than any other team this season, collecting a solid 11 RBIs and a .991 OPS against the foes. The 27-year-old catcher has delivered 23 homers with 85 RBIs and a strong .829 OPS on the year. Smith has collected 10 RBIs this month.

The Dodgers lead the way with 5.30 runs per game on the season. The pitching staff is sporting a 2.83 team ERA which continues to rank first.
