Sunday Night Football Same Game Parlay: Broncos vs. 49ers (Week 3)

After watching the Green Bay Packers handle an overmatched Chicago Bears team last Sunday night, it's refreshing to see a matchup between two evenly matched teams in Week 3. The San Francisco 49ers head to Denver to take on the Broncos in a meaningful game for both 1-1 teams. On the 49ers side, the unfortunate injury to Trey Lance means this is Jimmy Garoppolo's first start of the season. He'll be looking to show the team that he gives them an equal (if not better) chance to win than Lance.'

On the Broncos side, this game is already starting to feel like a make-or-break moment for the Nathaniel Hackett era in Denver. After being a trendy favorite to make a deep playoff run before the season, the Broncos have floundered in their first two games – a disappointing road loss in Seattle, and a sloppy home win over Houston. A win on Sunday night would go a long way to reinforcing confidence in Hackett and QB Russell Wilson among Broncos fans.

With a spread of 49ers -1.5 and a total of 43.5, this projects to be a close, relatively low-scoring game. Below, I'll lay out my reasoning for a 4-leg Same Game Parlay that pays out at +650 (MGM).
