First look: Philadelphia Eagles at New Orleans Saints odds and lines

The Philadelphia Eagles (1-1) travel to meet the New Orleans Saints (2-0) at Caesars Superdome in Week 3 on Sunday. Kickoff is scheduled for 1 p.m. ET (FOX).
