The Jaguars head into Buffalo looking for their 1st victory of the season after a pair of one-score losses. Jacksonville blew a Week 1 lead in Miami, falling 20-17, although it did cover as a 3.5-point underdog with the Under (49) cashing.
In the home opener in Week 2, the Jaguars lost as 3-point favorites to the Cleveland Browns 18-13. Jacksonville fell behind 16-3 before making a valiant comeback. The Jags closed the gap to 16-13, but a late safety sealed the win for Cleveland as the Under (41.5) cashed, again.
For the Bills, they were pushed hard in Week 1 by the Arizona Cardinals, eventually holding off the visitors 34-28, although Buffalo failed to cover as a 7-point favorite as the Over (45) cashed.
