Best MLB Player Prop Bets for Today 9/3: Walker Buehler's struggles continue

Postseason baseball is on the horizon. There is only a month left in the regular season and time is running out on teams to make a move. Tuesday’s slate is a busy one with plenty of exciting matchups, so let’s dive into my favorite player props for today.

Walker Buehler (LAD) over 2.5 earned runs allowed (-110)

Walker Buehler's season could best be described as a roller coaster. After starting the season in Triple-A in what was expected to be a short stint, the former ace has bounced between the Dodgers and Minors all season. He's yet to find success at any level – especially in the big leagues. In his 3 starts since being recalled from Triple-A, Buehler has allowed 11 runs, 16 hits, and 8 walks in 12 innings against the Brewers, Mariners, and Orioles. He's surrendered a .302 batting average and a .290 xBA along with just a 13% strikeout rate in those 3 starts. He doesn't seem to be the same pitcher that we've become accustomed to seeing, and it's going to be a real problem for the Dodgers down the stretch. But back to tonight – the Angels might not have the most prolific lineup in baseball right now, but it's still good enough to tag Buehler for 3 runs.'

Ryne Nelson (ARI) under 2.5 earned runs allowed (-130)
