Rays vs. Blue Jays Prediction, Picks & Player Props Today, July 25iv class=”bodyContent col-lg-9 mb-3″>

The Tampa Bay Rays and Toronto Blue Jays play in the rubber match of a three-game set, and we have you covered with our top Rays vs. Blue Jays player props based on odds from our best MLB betting sites.

The Rays fell back to .500 (51-51) with yesterday's 6-3 loss, which was also Toronto's third win in the last eight games. Vladimir Guerrero Jr. is seemingly singlehandedly carrying the Bo Bichette-less Blue Jays lineup, as he homered yesterday for the fifth time in the last six games.

However, with Guerrero's player prop prices getting steeper by the day, we've identified two other wagers from Rays batters that offer great value. And while I've gone 3-3 in the last two days with my MLB player prop wagers, those picks have profited +2.85 units.

All of our best sportsbooks are featuring this game as a coin flip (-110 moneyline odds on both sides) incl uding Betway, with first pitch from the Rogers Centre scheduled for 3:07 p.m. ET on Thursday afternoon. Let's dive in to our Rays vs. Blue Jays prediction.

Rays vs. Blue Jays expert picks

MLB picks made Thursday at 9:29 a.m. ET.

Chris Bassitt has been enduring a rough go of it against current Rays hitters, who have slashed .279/.344/.594 against him in 68 combined at-bats. While Bassitt's 24.7% strikeout rate in those 73 plate appearances is respectable, his 8.4 K /9 rate this season is second-worst of all Blue Jays starters.

He hasn't topped six strikeouts in three July starts, and I expect his ceiling to be five innings in this outing, given that the Rays rank ninth in wRC+ against right-handed pitchers in road games since June 1.

Bassitt may have gone Over this projected total in three of the previous four starts, but we're siding with the oddsmakers, who give the implied probability for the Under to cash a 54.55% chance compared to 52.38% for the Over (-110 odds). A $10 winning wager for this prop would pay $18.33.

Brandon Lowe has hit safely in seven of the last 10 games, and homered in six of the last 18. He's made soft contact just 3.8% of the time over the last 14 days, and his 21.6% strikeout rate (which is lower than the team average) suggests Lowe will continue to do damage when he puts the ball in play, as confirmed by his .304 BABIP in that span.

This is a three-star play, as Bassitt's xERA is on pace to be his worst since 2016, and he ranks in the bottom fourth of the league in xBA. Should Lowe drive in at least one run for the fourth time in the last seven games, a $10 wager would return $14.50 in profit.

Best odds: +145 via Betway | Implied probability: 42.55%

As hot as Lowe has been over the last two weeks, no Rays hitter has been more on fire than Randy Arozarena, whose 1.112 OPS, 211 wRC+, and 53.8% hard-hit percentage lead the team by a wide margin over tha t span.

Arozarena has logged six extra-base hits in the last six games, and he's the likeliest Rays hitter to cash this Over with one swing. That's especially true since he's slashed .429/.429/.857 in 14 at-bats against Bassitt, with four of his six hits going for extra bases.

The outfielder logging two multi-hit games in his last five suggests his total bases backers are getting great value on the 42.19% implied probability. Therefore, I'm rushing to the betting window to get a hold of a ticket that pays out $23.70 on a winning $10 wager.

Best odds: +137 via bet365 | Implied probability: 42.19%
