NHL Parlay Picks (4/28)

Winnipeg Jets ML (+140) over Colorado Avalanche

The first game of the afternoon has the puck drop at 2:30 PM ET, and it's one where the Winnipeg Jets are in need of a win before heading back to their own barn for Game 5. It was a heart-breaking loss in Game 3, especially with how great things looked in such a difficult place to play like Colorado. That may come as a surprise if you weren't able to watch the game and only saw the 6-2 final score, but Kyle Connor and company were in great position to steal a road win and take a 2-1 series lead. They were up 2-1 in the final period before an absolute surge came from the Avs and they scored 5 goals by 5 different skaters.'

Expecting that to happen against Connor Hellebuyck between the pipes in back-to-back games seems quite far-fetched, and let's not forget how great he was against Colorado this season. In their 3 regular season matchups, we saw Winnipeg win all 3 by final scores of 4-2, 6-2 and 7-0. There's no denying that the Avs offense has picked up in this series, so you could consider a high-scoring game instead, but with such great plus-money odds, we're taking the Jets money line as part of our NHL parlay picks for today.

Nashville Predators ML (-122) over Vancouver Canucks
