The Houston Texans are 0-0-1 this season after they tied the Indianapolis Colts by a score of 20-20 in Week 1. Houston led 20-3 in the fourth quarter, but they collapsed and were lucky to end the game in a tie. Davis Mills threw for 240 yards and two touchdowns for the Texans. Rex Burkhead rushed for 40 yards and caught five passes for 30 yards for Houston. Brandin Cooks caught seven passes for 82 yards for the Texans. The Houston defense allowed 517 yards and forced two turnovers in the game.
The Denver Broncos are 0-1 this season after they lost to the Seattle Seahawks on Monday Night Football by a score of 17-16. Denver had some very questionable clock management on their last drive of the game and settled for a very long field that was off the mark. Russell Wilson threw for 340 yards and one touchdown for Broncos in the game. Melvin Gordon III rushed for 58 yards and caught two passes for 14 yards for Denver. Jerry Jeudy caught for passes for 102 yards and one score for the Broncos. The Denver defense allowed 253 yards and forced one turnover in the loss.
