The Houston Texans entered Wild Card Weekend as home underdogs to the Cleveland Browns, and they quieted the doubters in resounding fashion. Houston destroyed Cleveland, 45-14, and now it'll take on the AFC's No. 1 seed in the divisional round.
Just as they were in the wild-card round, the Texans are underdogs against the Baltimore Ravens, though their odds to win are significantly longer this time around. After closing around +120 against the Browns, Houston is as long as +380 to emerge victorious from the divisional round.
Perhaps those odds are fitting, as the Ravens own the best Super Bowl odds of any AFC team and led the NFL with a plus-203 point differe ntial this season, featuring both an explosive offense and a stifling defense.

Texans tight end Dalton Schultz managed only one reception on Wild Card Weekend, but that was a result of Houston crushing Cleveland so badly that quarterback C.J. Stroud threw only f ive passes in the second half. The data suggests Schultz will be much more involved – likely be necessity – in the divisional round.
Across five projection models, Schultz has an average receptions projection of 4.07. When we run that projection against FanDuel's +102 odds on Over 3.5 receptions, we're getting roughly 17% positive expected value on this bet.
