While Miami is a generally strong defensive team, the Heat's strengths don't include limiting opponents from beyond the 3-point line. The Heat have allowed 13.7 made 3-pointers per game this season, a mark that ranks Miami 22nd in the NBA in the category.
Though Tyrese Maxey averages slightly fewer made threes per game (3.3) than Monday's line, he has delivered at least four made 3-point shots in each of his last four games while also achieving the feat in six of his past eight contests.
Given that this isn't an area of concern against what Miami does successfully on defense, Maxey's 3-point total at even odds on Over 3.5 at both DraftKings and FanDuel is solid value. Avoid bet365 for this prop as its -105 odds on Over 3.5 aren't quite as favorable.

Adebayo is a rebounding fiend, averaging 9.6 rebounds per game on the year. He has reached double-digits in the rebounding category 11 times in 19 games on the season.
Though neither side in this matchup allows its opponents to rebound at a rate near the league average, we're still going to see plenty of missed shots in this game due to the quality of the respective defenses; both Philadelphia and Miami rank among the NBA's top seven teams in scoring defense.
The -118 odds at FanDuel are lousy enough to bring the quality of this recommendation down to three stars, but we're still interested enough in Adebayo's work underneath the rim to place the wager. Keep your eyes peeled for updated odds at other books, though, as anything more favorable than -110 would push our recommendation to four stars.

The centerpiece of Philadelphia, Joel Embiid has posted a PRA total of 50 or higher in a remarkable 13 consecutive games. The line being set at 49.5, a number he has so consistently cleared, is somewhat puzzling given the consistency of both his scoring and his rebounding efforts during this recent stretch.
Embiid has posted a 30-point double-double in each of the 13 games during his streak. Though attacking his scoring prop at 32.5 was tempting, he's been held below that mark in four of his last 13 contests.
Miami ranks seventh in the league in scoring defense, but Embiid is as close to inevitable as it gets given his role in this offense. We're also not too fearful of Miami holding opponents to the third-lowest number of rebounds per game given that Philadelphia ranks second in the category. Miami allows 26.8 assists per game (19th), which could be another area for Embiid to exploit.
Play this prop at bet365, which offers -115 odds on Over 49.5. DraftKings has odds at -120 while FanDuel's line of 50.5 isn't as favorable.
