NBA Player Props & Best Bets Today: Schedule, Picks for Wednesdayiv class=”bodyContent col-lg-9 mb-3″>

Wednesday's NBA slate is loaded with 10 games, and we've got some juicy NBA player props and the best bets for Wednesday based on the best NBA odds.

The Utah Jazz head east to face the Cleveland Cavaliers, and a former Cleveland guard will look to stay hot in his return. The Charlotte Hornets and Indiana Pacers face off in what figures to be a high-scoring affair. With Hornets starting center Mark Williams likely out again, it will be up to his backup to stay involved and post a second straight double-double.

We'll visit the two Los Angeles teams, as the Los Angeles Clippers face the Dallas Mavericks and white-hot Luka Doncic, while the Los Angeles Lakers take on the Chicago Bulls and Chicago's surging starting point guard.

Here are our NBA player props and best bets for Wednesday (odds via our best NBA betting sites; pick confidence based on a 1-to-5-star sca le).

Wednesday's NBA player props

No Jordan Clarkson, no Keyonte George? No problem. Young Bull started the season as a reserve player, playing the fewest minutes of his career, but multiple backcourt injuries have thrust him back into the starting lineup, where he should be again tonight.

Sexton has started each of Utah's last four games, and he's scored no fewer than 26 points in each while averaging a healthy 32.5 minutes along the way. Cleveland's scoring defense has been a top-10 unit on the season overall, but over the last three, it's been in the bottom 10, allowing over 121 points to opponents, including a whopping 130 to the Rockets on Tuesday.

Sexton has been hot, and he should be even more fired up playing in Cleveland against his former team. This will be his first matchup with the Cavs since being traded before the 2022-23 season. We can get this scoring prop at 22.5 points for -118 odds at FanDuel, which was a strong consideration, but given his recent success and additional motivation playing in Cleveland, we'll take this one up to 24.5 for +150 by using our DraftKings promo code.

With Zach LaVine out and Chicago desperately looking for a spark, White has seen big minutes over the last month, and he's delivered on those extra opportunities. The young guard has averaged 38.4 minutes and 23.7 points over his previous 13 games, scoring at least 23 in nine while shootin g nearly 50% from the floor.

The Lakers rank 14th in points per game allowed to opponents overall, but over their last three, LA has been a bottom-10 defense, allowing better than 120 points in that span. In his recent 13-game heater, White has averaged 25 points per game at home compared to 23.7 on the road, which puts him in an even better position to succeed tonight.

With LaVine still out, the Bulls only have two guys who can go out and get a bucket: DeMar DeRozan and White. We're betting on another solid performance from White and taking the Over at FanDuel with odds that are the longest among our featured books.

Doncic has averaged 32.5 points per game against the Clippers in his career, second most of any team he's faced. In his last eight against them, Doncic has posted totals of 30, 44, 29, 43, 35, 45, 51, and 26. Not too shabby. Over his last eight games this season, he's averaged 36.6 p oints and scored at least 37 points in four, including three straight games with at least 37, two of them against formidable defenses in the Denver Nuggets and Minnesota Timberwolves.

Doncic has scored at least 30 points in 11 straight, but because of his recent hot streak, his scoring prop has become bloated. At 36.5 points, this is easily the highest point total of any player on tonight's slate, and despite his recent scoring binge, Doncic has only hit this mark in half of his last eight and seven times on the season.

To make matters worse, the Over on this points prop has gotten a ton of juice, and you'd have to take it at -140 or shorter. With so much juice and such an inflated line, we'll turn our attention to the Under, which has hit far more often than not this season. I'd love to take the Over if it was set at 34.5, but going higher than that is a real concern. Doncic can still have a stellar game against the Clip pers without getting up to 37 points.

Mark Williams is listed as doubtful on Wednesday. He's set to miss a sixth straight outing and to be sidelined for the seventh time in the Hornets' last eight. We can expect Richards to be in the starting lineup again, as he has been for all of Williams' absences this season.

Over his last seven, Richards has averaged 9.6 points and 7.9 rebounds, delivering double-digit boards in three games, double-digit scoring in three, and a double-double in his latest appearance. The Pacers have lost four straight and rank in the top 10 in most points and most rebounds allowed to opponents.

Richards logged 18 minutes off the bench in his first meeting with Indiana this season, and that's all it took for him to put up 10 points and 10 rebounds. He's logged at least 30 minutes in three of his last four. His increased playing time and a highly favorable matchup bode well for his chances of recording a double-double. FanDuel's +140 odds are easily the most favorable of our best sports betting apps, as some have odds as short as +110.
