As a result, the Sixers have won four straight games and are tied with the Magic for the third spot in the Eastern Conference heading into last night's matchup with the Detroit Pistons, the second game in a home-and-home short series. The return of Kelly Oubre Jr. from a rib injury has strengthened the Sixers' rotation and given them more firepower, particularly from the perimeter.
“I like (Kelly's) shooting and his confidence,” Sixers' head coach Nick Nurse said. “He made a couple threes that were pretty heavily guarded. That comes in handy sometimes when you are searching a little bit for offense.”
