The Seattle Kraken face the Ottawa Senators with both teams looking to improve on rough seasons. The Kraken have an 8-10-6 record and with only three wins in their last 10 games, they have fallen to the bottom of the Pacific Division. The Senators have an 8-9 record and are in last place in the Atlantic Division. Both teams look to improve in the standings and the upcoming game looks to be a good one.

The Kraken are having a rough season with their offense struggling, scoring only 2.79 goals per game. Oliver Bjorkstrand, Jared McCann, and Eeli Tolvanen have scored 24 goals and 28 assists to lead the top two lines but the rest of the offense has struggled. Only three active skaters have scored five goals or more and opponents can limit the top-heavy offense as a result.
