Boise State Broncos (7-5) vs. UNLV Rebels (9-3) 

Week 14 of the 2023 college football season is upon us, so we are breaking down the Mountain West Conference Championship Game from Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, Nevada, to get you the best Boise State vs. UNLV pick. 

The Broncos take on the Rebels for the first time since 2019 when Boise State trounced UNLV 38-13 as a 24.5-point road favorite. Boise State is a 2-point fave at the neutral site this time around, while the total sits at 59.0 points.

The Boise State Broncos (7-5; 6-4-2 ATS) made it to the MWC Championship Game for the second straight season. Last year, they lost to Fresno State 28-16 which was their second defeat in the championship game since their last title in 2019. 

The Broncos went 6-2 in the conference play this past regular season and finished in a three-way tie with UNLV and San Jose State. They clinched the spot in Week 14 thanks to a 35-27 home victory over the Spartans in Week 6. 

Boise State has won three straight contests, outlasting New Mexico 42-14, Utah State 45-10, and Air Force 27-19 in the process. Last week, the Broncos outgained the Falcons 409-337 in total yards and led wire-to-wire despite losing the turnover battle 2-1. Taylen Gre en was 13-of-17 for 228 yards, a touchdown, and an interception while scoring once on his own, and Ashton Jeanty went off for 225 yards from scrimmage and two touchdowns. 

Jeanty has been unstoppable through his ten outings during the regular season. He’s amassed 1,646 yards from scrimmage and 18 touchdowns while tallying 6.1 yards per carry. Green has had ups and downs, throwing for 1,526 yards, nine touchdowns, and eight interceptions, while Maddux Madsen tossed for 1,191 yards, nine touchdowns, and three picks in 2023. Boise State is 37th in the nation in scoring offense (32.0 points per game) and 60th in scoring defense (25.3).
