When it comes to college football picks, our NCAAF Predictions are stellar.

The Louisville Cardinals enjoyed a great regular season propelled by the stifling defense. Louisville only lost two games. They were dealt a 38-21 upset road loss by Pittsburgh in October and were 7.5 point favorites in a surprising 38-31 home loss against Kentucky last week. The season was highlighted by wins against NC State, Notre Dame, and Miami Florida. They have posted a 7-1 record in ACC Play. The Cardinals have covered the spread in one of their last three games. The squad dipped six spots to #15 in the AP Top 25 this week.

Jack Plummer has surpassed 300 passing yards on three occasions this season. The senior QB posted 308 passing yards against Miami two weeks ago and 242 yards last week. Plummer has collected 2952 passing yards and a 21:11 TD to INT ratio.

The Louisville offense will run quite a bit. They have a potent RB in Jawhar Jordan. The junior RB rushed for a remarkable 143 yards against Notre Dame and accrued 1076 rushing yards on an average of 6.4 yards per rush. The receiving group is led by Jamari Thrash. The junior WR has posted just 89 receiving yards in his last three games and has registered 801 yards on the season. The Louisville offense has scored at least 30 points in four consecutive bouts.

The Cardinals' defense has been outstanding most of the season. The group held NC State to 10 points, Notre Dame to 20, and shutout Duke. They have not been quite as strong recently, allowing 31 and 38 points in their last two bouts against Miami and Kentucky. The pass defense is ranked 56th while the rush defense is stellar, marking 12th.

Louisville is scoring an average of 33 points on the season, ranking them 32nd. They are allowing an average of 20 points, placing them 25th.
