The Vegas Golden Knights have struggled a lot over the last few weeks. They’ve only won three of their previous 11 games overall and head to Vancouver riding a three-game losing streak. The Golden Knights will close down a three-game road trip at Rogers Arena after losing at Calgary 2-1 in overtime and Edmonton 5-4 in a shootout.

Last Tuesday, the reigning Stanley Cup champions rallied from a 4-2 third-period deficit to force overtime at Rogers Place in Edmonton. But they couldn’t find the back of the net in a shootout, and Logan Thompson couldn’t make a stop when it mattered the most. The Golden Knights finished the game 0-for-5 with the man advantage.

Vegas is now 18th in the league in goals for (3.09 per game) and second in goals against (2.43). Adin Hill is projected to guard the cage Thursday in Vancouver, and the 27-year-old netminder is 9-2-2 with a shiny 1.96 GAA and a .933 save percentage. Hill yielded two goals on 34 shots in that overtime loss against the Calgary Flames last Monday.
