Cleveland (9-8 overall) is 2-1 in the In-Season Tournament, second in the group behind the 4-0 Pacers. Atlanta (8-8 overall) is 1-2 and has been eliminated from advancing to the tournament's quarterfinals. The Hawks won two of the teams' three head-to-head matchups last season.
