The New Mexico State Aggies will play the UTEP Miners in a non-conference game at the Sun Bowl in El Paso, Texas on Saturday night.

Gavin Hardison has thrown for 537 yards and one touchdown for the Miners this season. Ronald Awatt has rushed for 75 yards and one score, while Tyrin Smith has caught 15 passes for 198 yards and one touchdown for UTEP this season. The UTEP defense has allowed 38 points per game against and 445.5 yards per game.
