Monday Night Football is set for an NFC North showdown between the Chicago Bears (3-8, 4-5-2 ATS) and the Minnesota Vikings (6-5, 7-3-1 ATS). The Bears are last in the division, with a lot of work to do to get in the playoff conversation, while the Vikings are just hanging on to a Wildcard spot for now. Chicago lost in Detroit their last time out, going down 31-26 as 7.5-point favorites. Minnesota is coming off their first loss in six games, going down to the Broncos on Sunday night 21-20, covering the spread as 2.5-point dogs. The Vikings are currently listed as 3-point home favorites. Kickoff is scheduled for 8:15 from U.S. Bank Stadium in Minneapolis, and can be found on ABC.

Justin Fields missed four games in the middle of the season after suffering a hand injury the last time they played Minnesota. Fields has a modest passing game, but a strong rushing game against Detroit last week. Fields threw for 169 yards with a touchdown, but also ran for 104 yards in the game. The Bears are only 1-5 in road games, and will need to get hot fast to hope for a chance in the playoff race.

Justin Fields has played in seven games this season averaging 195.7 passing yards per game, and is always a threat to run as he averages 48.7 yards per game on the ground. Fields has a 12-6 TD-INT ratio and completes 62.7% of his passes. Starting running back Khalil Herbert was just removed from the IR, he played last week against Detroit, but only had 35 yards on 16 carries. The Bears will use a mix of Herbert and D'Onta Foreman out of the backfield. Foreman has the best yards per game average at 54.4. D.J. Moore is the top receiver, he averages 80.8 yards per game, has had 14 catches over 20 yards, with six touchdowns. Cole Kmet is a strong tight end, he adds 39.9 YPG with five touchdowns.

The Bears rank 18th in the NFL in scoring with 20.9 points per game, but their defense only ranks 29th by allowing 26.0 points per. Linebacker TJ Edwards leads the team in tackles by a wide margin, he has 121 and the next highest is linebackers Tremaine Edwards at 70. Defensive end Montez Sweat leads the team with 7.5 sacks, and no defensive player has more than two interceptions. The Chicago defense has 13 takeaways on the season, but they have turned the ball over 19 times on offense.
