The Philadelphia 76ers and Atlanta Hawks will play Friday at State Farm Arena. Tip-off is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. ET. The matchup is part of the East Group A round of the NBA In-Season Tournament. The Hawks are second in the group standings with a 1-0 mark and the Sixers are third with a 1-1 record.

Philly (8-3 SU, 8-3 ATS, 6-4-1 O/U) lost 117-107 to Boston on Wednesday. The 76ers are 2-1 straight-up on the road this season.

ATL (6-5 SU, 4-7 ATS, 7-4 O/U) lost 116-114 to New York on Wednesday. The Hawks are 2-3 straight-up at home.

The Sixers are one-point spread favorites and the game total is 234.5 points.

Philadelphia: SF Kelly Oubre Jr. (ribs) and SG Nic Batum (personal) are out. C Joel Embiid (hip) is questionable.

&# 13;

Atlanta: SG Kobe Bufkin (thumb) and PF Mouhamed Gueye (back) are out.

Philadelphia couldn't keep pace with Boston in its last game, as the C's ran away with the game in the second half. The Sixers shot 45.9 percent, hit 18 of 22 free-throw attempts, and outscored the Celtics 54-40 in the paint, but a 17-point third-quarter performance put them behind the eight-ball.

C Joel Embiid leads Philly in scoring (31.9 PPG) and rebounding (11.5 RPG). He's also averaging 5.8 assists and 1.7 blocks with a 50.4 field goal percentage. He will be a game-time decision on Friday. The 76ers are also benefitting from a breakout season by PG Tyrese Maxey, who is scoring 27.6 points per game with 6.7 assists and 5.1 boards. PF Tobias Harris (19.5 PPG and 6.6 RPG) has also been a reliable third option, but the Sixers are going to miss SF Kelly Oubre Jr. (16.3 PPG and 5.1 RPG), who is out until the end of the month after a car acc ident. Will they look to bolster their lineup via a trade?

Philadelphia scores 119.9 points per game (4th) and shoots 48.4 percent (5th), including 36.4 percent from three-point range (12th). It converts 85.4 percent of its foul shots (1st) and averages 46.3 rebounds (8th). Philly's opponents average 112.2 points (14th) and shoot 45.9 percent (9th), including 35.3 percent from long distance (15th), with 41.5 rebounds per game (6th).

The Sixers are fifth in schedule-adjusted offensive rating, ninth in adjusted defensive rating, and 11th in pace of play, per Dunks and Threes.
