The NHL betting action continues Thursday, November 9, with the Pittsburgh Penguins taking on the Los Angeles Kings in the interconference battle at Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles, California, with the puck drop at 10:30 PM ET.

The Pittsburgh Penguins will wrap up a three-game road trip on Thursday night. Over their previous two showings, the Pens have beaten the San Jose Sharks 10-2 and the Anaheim Ducks 2-0, but Pittsburgh is still lying bottom of the Metropolitan Division.
The Penguins blanked the Ducks last Tuesday, and goaltenders Tristan Jarry and Magnus Hellberg combined for 31 saves. Radim Zohorna gave Pittsburgh an early lead, while Sidney Crosby sealed the victory with an empty-netter.
“What I loved about our third period is that we competed hard, that we defended well,” Pens coach Mike Sullivan said. “It’s a good win for our team, especially to close it out in a low-scoring game agai nst a team that’s beaten a lot of good teams lately.”
Tristan Jarry left the Ducks game due to a cut near his right eye. He’s doubtful to play against the Kings and with Alex Nedeljkovic (lower body) on the IR, the Pens will probably give the 32-year-old Magnus Hellberg his first start of the season. Hellberg is 7-8-1 with a 3.09 GAA and a .888 save percentage in 16 career starts and nine relief appearances.
