Star receiver Keenan Allen and the Los Angeles Chargers face the Detroit Lions on Sunday at 4:05 PM ET at SoFi Stadium.
The Lions enter the matchup after winning 26-14 over the Las Vegas Raiders in their last outing on October 30. Against the Raiders, Jared Goff led the Lions with 272 yards on 26-of-37 passing (70.3%) for one touchdown and one interception. Jahmyr Gibbs totaled 152 rushing yards on 26 carries (5.8 yards per carry), scoring one touchdown on the ground. He added five catches for 37 yards. Amon-Ra St. Brown had 108 yards on six catches (18.0 per reception) in that game.
The Chargers are coming off of a 27-6 win over the New York Jets. Justin Herbert’s performance for the Bolts against the Jets included 16-of-30 passing for 136 yards, no touchdowns and no interceptions. Austin Ekeler put together a 14-carry, 47-yard game (3.4 yards per attempt) with two touchdowns, while also adding two receptions for 23 yards . Allen picked up 77 yards through the air after eight catches (on nine targets).
