One of the best runners in the NFL will be on display when Josh Jacobs and the Las Vegas Raiders host the New York Jets on Sunday, November 12, 2023.
The Jets enter the matchup after losing 27-6 to the Los Angeles Chargers in their last outing on November 6. Against the Chargers, Zach Wilson led the Jets with 263 yards on 33-of-49 passing (67.3%) for no touchdowns and no interceptions. Breece Hall carried the ball 16 times for 50 yards (3.1 yards per carry). He also had four receptions for 10 yards. Garrett Wilson led the receiving charge against the Chargers, catching seven passes for 80 yards.
The Raiders’ most recent outing finished in a 30-6 win over the New York Giants. Aidan O’Connell went 16-for-25 with 209 yards, no touchdowns and no interceptions for the Raiders against the Giants. In that matchup, Jacobs had a 26-carry, 98-yard game (3.8 yards per attempt) with two touchdowns. Tre Tucker recorded 52 yards through the air after two catches (on three targets).
