Today's Best NHL Player Props & Odds: Pavel Zacha continues to stay hot

It's another day that ends in “Y”, which means you already know we've got you covered with our favorite NHL player prop picks for today. Although the sample size is limited, I'm still undefeated this season in prop picks (4-0) after cashing in on both of my selections in last week’s NHL props article.

With that being said, I'm back with some more best bets pertaining to NHL player props for today. Don't forget that you can also check out our NHL predictions for insights to each and every matchup on the slate.

Pavel Zacha (BOS) over 0.5 points (-135)

The first player prop I like for today sides with a familiar face: Pavel Zacha of the Boston Bruins. He was one of our picks last week too where he came through, so if it's not broken, why fix it? Zacha has been red-hot since the end of last month, and he's now posted at least one point in six straight contests. For a Bruins team that has somewhat struggled on offense up to this point, they'll need Zacha to keep up the strong play.

The price for this line is actually not quite as expensive as one might have thought, mainly because Boston's opponent tonight, Dallas, has been one of the better defensive teams in the league. Still, they're allowing 33.9 shots per game (27th in NHL), which could wind up leaving some chances for the Bruins. Zacha has also bested 20+ minutes on the ice in 3 consecutive games, so look for him to take advantage of his TOI tonight and finish with over 0.5 points.
