ESPN BET will be going live on Tuesday, Nov. 14, the company announced early Thursday morning.
The betting app is not yet available for download, but a trailer for it – featuring anchor Scott Van Pelt – has been released and can be viewed at ESPNBET.com.
The ESPN BET app will, according to the company, be available in 17 states at launch: Arizona, Colorado, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Jersey, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Virginia, and West Virginia.
The launch date allows the mobile sportsbook app to up and running prior to the high-profile' game on ESPN on Nov. 20, the Super Bowl rematch between the Chiefs and Eagles.
