The Raiders are looking to extend their winning streak to three games after defeating the New England Patriots 21-17 in Week 6. The Bears are looking to bounce back from a 19-13 loss to the Minnesota Vikings. Jimmy Garoppolo (back) has been ruled out for the Raiders, while Justin Fields (thumb) has been ruled out for the Bears. Brian Hoyer will start for La s Vegas and Tyson Bagent will start for Chicago.
