Giants vs Bills prop betting picks: 2 best bets for SNF

NFL Week 6 concludes with a Sunday Night Football matchup between the New York Giants and Buffalo Bills. A mismatch is projected with the Bills currently sitting as 15-point favorites in this one. If you’re looking for a bet on the side or total, then head over to our NFL picks page for our predictions on that game and every matchup this season.

The Giants are are limping into this game with a 1-4 record and desperately need a spark to turn their season around. Could it come against the reigning Super Bowl champs in primetime? Let’s dive into our best NFL player prop bets for TNF.

James Cook, RB, BUF, Over 58.5 rushing yards (-110)

Given that this game has blowout potential written all over it, the Bills should lean plenty on their ground game, something that we’ve already seen Sean McDermott and company look to do early and often this season. James Cook is currently the starting RB and should hold that position for as long as he remains healthy and productive. When he’s received at least 15 carries, Cook has easily eclipsed this number this season (Week 2 vs Las Vegas, Week 3 vs Washington), and I expect him to be fed consistently in this one. This is a matchup where the game script suggests that Buffalo will be playing from ahead for the majority of the contest, so I like Cook to get plenty of touches in the ground game, and it wouldn’t surprise me at all if he broke a long run at some point as the Bills offensive line should control the proceedings against this Giants front seven.
