Giants snap losing run in style
It was another great day for our YRFI/NRFI first-inning plays on Friday as we went 2-0 taking our record in the quick-win market to 67-43 and the Pickswise team went 8-7 on sides and 7-6-2 on totals overall. There were some eyecatching results, with the Rays beating the Yankees 9-0, the Padres beating the Dodgers 7-1 and the Giants ending a 7-game losing run with a 13-1 win over the Phillies.

Virginia Tech upset by Old Dominion
Michigan State looked strong in a 35-13 win over Western Michigan on Friday, although the underdogs still just covered the 22.5-point line. Old Dominion upset Virginia Tech 20-17 as 7.5-point underdogs, but Kansas had no trouble covering a 30-point spread in a 56-10 win over Tennessee Tech.
