Giancarlo Stanton Crowned All-Star Game MVP as American League Continues Reign Over National League

Most of the runs came early and the fireworks were certainly lacking, but the MLB All-Star Game happened and an MVP was crowned.

The American League defeated the National League 3-2, as the AL won its ninth-straight mid-summer classic.

Yankees outfielder Giancarlo Stanton was awarded the MVP trophy after going 1-for-2 with a two-run home run in the fourth inning.

Stanton had +1500 odds to win MVP at DraftKings heading into the game.
