The Miami Hurricanes are expected to be a much better team than the 7-5 team from last season. They did qualify for a bowl game, but had to withdraw from their game against Washington State due to COVID-19 protocols.
Miami will begin 2022 as the #16 team in the country. They are expected to be the team to beat within the ACC Coastal Division. They are the highest ranked team in the Coastal, but still trail some teams from the Atlantic.
The schedule for the Hurricanes looks manageable this season, but they do have to travel to #6 Texas A&M a nd #4 Clemson. Those will be the toughest tests for them this season, as the rest looks to have them as the favorite in each contest.
