The Brewers won their last contest versus the Cubs by a 9-7 score yesterday, with Eric Lauer picking up the win pitching going five innings, giving up four earned runs on six hits while striking out four. Kolten Wong went 3-for-5 with two doubles, a home run and two RBI to lead them offensively.

The Pirates beat the Phillies 5-0 yesterday. Tucupita Marcano led the way offensively after going 1-for-4 with a triple and an RBI, and Roansy Contreras got the win, pitching five innings without giving up an earned run on three hits, while striking out seven.
