Best NHL player prop bet for Friday, 5/5

The 2023 Stanley Cup Playoffs have not disappointed, and that's continued into the second round. That holds true for individual performances as well. After missing multiple games with a concussion, 38-year-old Joe Pavelski scored 4 goals for the Dallas Stars. Just one night later, Leon Draisaitl of the Edmonton Oilers did the same. Despite those epic performances, they both lost their matchups. We're focused on another team that lost their Game 1 for tonight's NHL playe r prop. That would be the New Jersey Devils, as they're featured in the only game of the night facing the Carolina Hurricanes. However, he's preferred to send out helpers in these Stanley Cup Playoffs. Prior to Game 1 against the Hurricanes, Hischier recorded an assist in five straight games against the New York Rangers. The fact that we're getting a very reasonable price for his overall point prop is quite rare. It may not be a huge plus-money play, but for a skater who's recorded multiple points 20 times this season, we'll take this value in Game 2.'
