There were some upsets on Sunday with Patrick Corbin getting a rare win for the Nationals — 3-2 over the Reds — while the Pirates beat the Phillies 5-0 and the Rockies won 1-0 against the Mets.
Steelers yet to name starting QB
The NFL preseason ended as everyone expected with the Jets and Steelers completing unbeaten campaigns. The Jets won a dramatic Battle of New York over the Giants 31-27, with Mike White and Chris Streveler both looking better at QB than Joe Flacco, who could still start in Week 1 if Zach Wilson is not cleared to play. The Steelers also went 3-0, beating the Lions 19-9, but have yet to name their starting QB for Week 1 against the Bengals.
