The Minnesota Twins will close out a series on the road at Minute Maid Park against the Houston Astros and find out who is playing and where with our free baseball previews. Minnesota has lost their last five games, and dropped to 62-59 on the year, dropping to 3.5 games back of the Guardians in the AL Central race. The Astros currently hold the best record in baseball at 79-45, and after winning the series opener extended the lead in the AL West to 12 games and have all but secured a postseason birth.

Minnesota is a middle of the pack offesne scoring 4.38 runs per game which ranks 14th in the league in scoring offense. Center fielder Byron Buxton has led the way for the Twins leading the team with 28 home runs, while first baseman Luis Arraez is hitting an impressive .324 this season, the 25-year-old has a bright future ahead.

The right-handed Chris Archer will get the start for the Twins, he's a disappointing 2-6 on the year but has a 4.02 ERA and 1.26 WHIP this season. Archer is coming off a solid start in his last outing, he allowed a run on three hits and struck out five but the Twins lost to the Rangers 4-3 in extra innings.
