The NBA brings a monster 10 game slate with it on Friday night for which we have put together a mega parlay for. The nights featured games can be found on NBA TV. The first will see the Indiana Pacers visit the Boston Celtics, with the hosts looking to keep hold of the 2nd seed. That will be followed up by their main contenders to that spot trip out west. Joel Embiid and the Philadelphia 76ers will be visiting the Golden State Warriors. Do not forget to check out our same game parlays for those games too.
You can find all of our NBA picks here. But for now let’s dive into my Friday night NBA parlay.
The Toronto Raptors have seen their last 6 games all clear the combined 224-point mark and it would not be a surprise to see the same being the case today. The Raptors recently put up 125 points at home against a Denver Nuggets team that plays at a slower pace than the Detroit Pistons and is very similar in defensive rating over the last 10 games. The Raptors offense could carry this line as a result. With the Pistons going with 2 big men in their starting 5, they can become vulnerable in transition. Over the last 10 games they are in the bottom third in opponent fast break points per game. With the Raptors 7th in scoring in that category, they should be able to take full advantage. Back the over.
The San Antonio Spurs are coming into this game after 2 crushing road losses. They fell by 35 points to the New Orleans Pelicans and by 36 to the Milwaukee Bucks. Now on the road against a Washington Wizards team still pushing for a play-in position, they could suffer a similar fate. Over the last 10 games the Spurs have been 29th in the league in offensive rating. They have failed to score 100 points in either of their last 2 losses and have 10 players listed on their injury report at the time of writing. Do not be surprised to see this very shorthanded team struggle one more tonight.
