There are just 6 games on the NBA slate on Tuesday. However, with the playoffs just around the corner, there is a lot at stake for many of the teams. There are 2 back-to-back games on NBA TV for us to enjoy. First the Brooklyn Nets will be hoping to hold onto a automatic playoff berth as they take on the Cleveland Cavaliers. That will be followed up by the Sacramento Kings attempt to try and regain the 2nd seed against the Boston Celtics.
Be sure to check out all of our NBA picks for todays games. But for now take a look at my favourite player props below.
The Washington Wizards have plenty of length in the paint with Kristaps Porzingis and Daniel Gafford on the inside. Going up against them, do not be surprised to see Paolo Banchero to step out to the perimeter and attack from there. He has faced off twice against them so far this year and has averaged 4.5 3-point attempts per game. While he has made multiple 3-pointers only in 4 of 10 games this month, he did so in both where he had at least 5 attempts. The Wizards are 29th in opponent 3-point percentage during that stretch which should allow for a great shooting night for the rookie.
The last time the Detroit Pistons faced off against the Atlanta Hawks, Killian Hayes was able to drop 17 points. He will have a great opportunity of putting together another strong scoring performance tonight as he goes up against Trae Young. The Hawks star is a very poor on ball defender and should have issues dealing with the length of Hayes. The Pistons point guard has been playing well of late too, managing 13 or more points in 3 of his last 5 games. He came a field goal shy in the other 2. With the Hawks 29th in opponent points per game over the last 10 contests, do not expect a sudden drop off in his performance here.
