After a long, merciless regular season, the Tulsa Golden Hurricane (5-23, 4-22-2 ATS, 1-16 American) has finally reached the finish line, as they get to face the South Florida Bulls (13-16, 17-11-1 ATS, 6-10 American) in Tampa. These teams played each other on February 15, and I bet you can guess who won. USF cruised to a 96-69 victory in Tulsa that night despite only entering as 4.0-point favorites. It was the first time the Bulls had ever beaten the Golden Hurricane in basketball, ending a 12-game losing streak. USF can make it two straight in the Yuengling Center on Wednesday, starting at 7:00 p.m. EST.

Losing to UCF in their home finale on Sunday was the 10th time Tulsa had lost in a row. They barely put up 10 points in the first half of that game, entering halftime down 32-14 because of a scoreless stretch exceeding nine minutes. They can walk away knowing they fought hard in the second half though. Bryant Selebangue finished the night with a double-double, leading the team in points and rebounds.

Tulsa's season has earned them a spot at 312 in the KenPom ratings, out of 363 teams. None of their wins have come on the road, as they're 0-11 in away games this year. This isn't a team that you should expect to see on the court this March after the American Conference Tournament.

Despite playing a bit up-tempo, Tulsa scores the fewest points per game in the American, 65.7. They're 10th in the 11-school conference in shooting percentage at 41.5%, three-point percentage at only 30.9% , and free-throw percentage, knocking down 65.0% . Those percentages are all worse than 320th in the nation.

The Golden Hurricane also allows opposing teams to pour in the most points per game, 77.5. Foes shoot 47.3% against them, a mark that's 348th in the country. Surprisingly, they are great at forcing misses on threes, holding opponents to 31.6% from distance. That's 58th in the nation.
