Best NBA player prop bets for Friday, 2/24: Take the Bridge to Brooklyn

There are 8 games in the NBA Friday night. Four games have a line of 2 points or fewer and 4 games have a total of at least 231 points with the Hornets-Timberwolves game the highest at 241 points. Here are my picks for tonight.

Mikal Bridges over 19.5 points (-120)

Bridges is coming off a career-high 45 points against an excellent Miami defense. The Nets forward shot 17-for-24 from the field, including 4-for-6 from the field. Bridges has scored at least 20 points in 7 of the last 8 games, but is in a different situation after being traded from Phoenix to Brooklyn. Bridges didn’t have a big role offensively for most of his time with the Suns, but he did this season due to a myriad of injuries. The Nets don’t have an elite scorer anymore and Bridges could be the leading one for them. In his first game with the Nets, Bridges took 18 shots from the field to lead the team. He tied for third on the team in his second game with only 8 shots in 29 minutes before leading them again with 24 shots in the last game. The Bulls lack defenders to slow Bridges down.

Chris Paul over 9.5 assists (-135)
