The South Florida Bulls will make the two-hour trip up I-4 to Orlando to face the Central Florida Knights in AAC play from Addition Financial Arena on ESPNU. USF holds a slim series lead of, 21-18, and the home team has won seven meetings.
South Florida dropped to 11-16 after losing to Tulane in Tampa. The Bulls couldn’t keep up with the Green Wave after the break and they lost by 18 points, 84-66. USF is scoring 73.0 points per game, while allowing 72.7 ppg, and shooting 45% from the field.
South Florida may be out of postseason contention, but the War on I-4 is always a game they get up for. USF is 6-8 in AAC play, with a 3-6 road record. Senior guard Tyler Harris exploded for a season-high 33 points in the win over UCF last month, and he leads the team in scoring (16.8) and assists (3.5). Junior center Russel Tchewa scored 21 points in the over Tulsa last week, and he’s up to 11.5 ppg and a team-lead 8.4 rpg.
