Week 16 of the 2022-23 NCAA men’s basketball season is in full swing on Monday, February 20, 2023, when the Cal State-Fullerton Titans travel to take on the UCSB Gauchos at The Thunderdome in Santa Barbara, California in this Big West Conference clash.
