The UC Riverside Highlanders will make the 90-minute trip to face the CSU Northridge Matadors in Big West play from the PAC Union Arena on ESPN+. Northridge holds the all-time series lead, 27-16, but Riverside has won the last five meetings.

UC Riverside moved to 18-10 after defeating UCSB at home. The Highlanders used a big second half to down the Gauchos by eleven, 74-63. Riverside is scoring 72.1 points per game, while allowing 69.0 ppg, and shooting 44% from the field. 

UC Riverside has won their last two games, and they now lie within reach of a regular season conference crown if they keep going here. Riverside is 11-5 in Big West play, with a 6-7 road record. The Highlanders play through senior guard Zyon Pullin again this season, and after flirting with a triple-double in the win over UCSB, he leads the team in scoring (17.7) and assists (4.2), while grabbing 4.3 rpg. Senior guard Flynn Cameron scored a game-high 18 points in the first matchup with CSUN, and after scoring 20+ in back-to-back wins last week, he’s up to 12.5 ppg and 5.6 rpg. Freshman Lachlan Olbrich scored 22 points in two of the last three games, and he’s averaging 11.4 ppg and a team-lead 6.0 rpg.
