The Pittsburgh Steelers will play the Jacksonville Jaguars in Week Two of the NFL Preseason at TIAA Bank Field in Jacksonville, Florida on Saturday night.
The Pittsburgh Steelers are 1-0 this preseason after defeating Seattle by a score of 32-25 last week. Pittsburgh jumped out to an early lead in this game but let the Seahawks come back to tie the game in the fourth quarter. The Steelers scored a touchdown with three seconds left in regulation for the win. The Pittsburgh quarterback competition has been very interesting during this preseason and we should see all three play here: Trubisky, Pickett, and Rudolph. Pittsburgh should have another solid offensive game as all three quarterbacks try to impress.
The Jacksonville Jaguars are 0-2 this preseason after losing to Las Vegas in the Hall of Fame Game by a score of 27-11 and losing to Cleveland last week by a score of 24-13. Jacksonville started their last game very strong, jumping out to a 13-0 lead before giving up 24 unanswered points for the loss. We should see Trevor Lawrence, and most of the other starters, play a few series in this game. Once Lawrence exits the game, we should see C.J. Beathard for the Jaguars. Jacksonville gets four preseason games this year since they played in the Hall of Fame Game.
