Carter Verhaeghe has logged eight points in six games played this month. The 27-year-old center is enjoying the best year of his young career, accumulating 29 goals along with 22 assists. Aleksander Barkov has been quiet, earning only two points so far this month. The 27-year-old center has missed some time due to injury and has 49 points in 47 games.

The Panthers have been giving a majority of the starts in goal to Sergei Bobrovsky. The veteran netminder has been inconsistent but has been better recently. Bobrovsky has recorded a 3.05 GAA and a .905 save % accompanied by a 16-14-2 record. Florida is scoring an average of 3.4 goals on the season, good for seventh. They are allowing an average of 3.4 goals, placing them 24th.
