The New York Rangers face the Calgary Flames with both teams looking to improve on strong seasons. The Rangers have a 32-14-8 record and are in third place in the Metropolitan Division while the Flames have a 25-19-11 record but are hoping to rebound from consecutive losses. Both teams look to improve within their divisions and the playoff picture and the upcoming game looks to be a great one.

Additionally, goaltender Igor Shesterkin has stepped up with a .915 save percentage and a 2.52 goals-against average on 1 164 shots with 10.6 goals saved above average.
