Miami Heat ML (-102)
The Nets have a very young team that is going to be good once they click – but that's not now. They just lost by 18 to their cross-town rival, the Knicks, and let New York shoot over 44% from 3-point land. Trade deadline acquisition Mikal Bridges had a rough shooting night with just 7 points, and it's clear that the Brooklyn chemistry is abysmal. Without Kevin Durant, nobody knows who's the center of the offense. Ben Simmons has shown a spark on both sides of the floor, Spencer Dinwiddie appears to think the team is his, and Cam Thomas has gone from 30-piece each night to the bench. For Miami, their offense continues to perform at the bare minimum. Luckily, their defense has carried them in the last few weeks, but that has caused the majority of their games to go down to the wire. The last time they won a game by more than 10 points was January 18 against the Pelicans, so I think it'll be another single-digit win for Miami.
