The Pelicans miss Zion Williamson (hamstring), who had a setback in his recovery, while CJ McCollum (ankle) is questionable to play. On the other side, the Lakers should come in at full strength, as LeBron James (ankle) is listed as probable.
The New Orleans Pelicans (30-28; 28-29-1 ATS) started a four-game road trip this past Monday, outlasting the Oklahoma City Thunder 103-100 as 3-point underdogs. The Pels bounced back from a 118-107 home defeat against the Cleveland Cavaliers that stopped their three-game winning streak.
New Orleans held OKC to 42.2% shooting from the field and 27.3% from beyond the arc (9-for-33). The Pelicans were in front for all 48 minutes, leading by as many as 20 points. They shot 52.7% from the field (9-for-30 from deep), and Brandon Ingram led the way with 34 points.
“Brandon was phenomenal,” Pelicans coach Willie Green said. “He can get his shot anywhere on the floor. You know, he was patient. … At the e nd of the day, he had a dominant performance, and we needed his scoring tonight.”

The Pelicans hold the No. 7 seed in the Western Conference. They rank 16th in the league in adjusted offensive efficiency (114.4 points per 100 possessions) and seventh in adjusted defensive efficiency (112.6).
