For the second time this season, the Air Force Falcons (13-13, 16-10-0 ATS, 4-9 Mountain West) will attempt to take down the Utah State Aggies (19-7, 14-11-0 ATS, 8-5 Mountain West). Air Force fell short at home in January, losing to the Aggies 77-65, a game in which they never held the lead. It was Utah State's third straight win in the series, bringing them to 24-7 all-time against Air Force. This game is scheduled to start at 9:00 p.m. in Utah State's Dee Glenn Smith Spectrum in Logan, Utah.
Air Force finally brought a six-game losing streak to an end, beating New Mexico 89-77. Not only did they win, but they were leading for the entire second half of the game. They shot 66.0% as a team and 52.9% from deep. The Falcons entered the game as 6.0-point underdogs. Jake Heidbreder was outstanding, pouring in 26 points on 11/13 shooting from the floor.

The Falcons play at one of the slowest tempos in the nation, ranking 351st in adjusted tempo. KenPom has them rated 154 in the country this season. They've struggled a bit on the road, only winning three of their nine away games.
