The Seattle Kraken face the Winnipeg Jets with both teams looking to build off of strong seasons. The Kraken have a 30-18-5 record and are near the top of the Pacific Division. The Jets have a 33-19-1 record and with back-to-back wins have the second-best record in the Central Division. Both teams look to remain near the top of their divisions and the Western Conference and the upcoming game looks to be a great one as a result.

The Kraken are having a great season with their offense stepping up and scoring 3.49 goals per game. Jordan Eberle, Jared McCann, and Matthew Beniers have scored 52 goals and 61 assists to lead the top two lines but the entire offense has been great. Yanni Gourde, Daniel Sprong, and Oliver Bjorkstrand have combined for 31 goals and 59 assists while defenseman Vince Dunn has added nine goals and 30 assists from the point to open up the offense.

The offense has been great but the defense has struggled, allowing 3.11 goals per game with nine goals in the last two games. Adam Larsson and Vince Dunn have combined for 7.4 defensive point shares but the rest of the unit has struggled, allowing opponents to find open shots on the net at will. Additionally, goaltender Martin Jones has struggled in the net with a .891 save percentage and a 2.92 goals-against average on 948 shots with -13.5 goals sav ed above average.
