The William & Mary Tribe will travel to Schar Center on Saturday afternoon in a Colonial Athletic Association matchup to take on the Elon Phoenix. The Tribe are a struggling 9-16 (4-8) so far this season and are riding a three-game losing streak after coming off a 70-63 home loss last Saturday against the UNC Wilmington Seahawks. The Phoenix are a br utal 5-20 (3-9) right now and are coming off a 66-61 road loss on Wednesday against the North Carolina A&T Aggies. These programs will face off again on February 23 as well at William & Mary.

The William & Mary Tribe have been struggling and are coming off a 70-63 home loss against the UNC Wilmington Seahawks. They did well in the second half as they outscored the Seahawks 39-35. They shot the ball at a strong level from three as they were 22-of-44 (50 percent) overall, 6-of-17 (35.3 percent) from three, and 16 free-throw attempts. Senior guard Chris Mullins led the team as in 31 minutes he finished with 19 points, two rebounds, one assist, one block, one steal, and two turnovers. Defensively, they struggled as they allowed 52 percent from the floor and 38.5 from deep here. The Tribe did pretty well as they finished with three steals and blocks throughout the game after forcing nine turnovers.
