The New Orleans Pelicans (26-26) are quickly slipping out of the playoff picture in the Western Conference and have lost nine of their last ten games. They try and get things heading back in the right direction on Thursday in Dallas when they take on the Mavericks (27-25). Mavs star Luka Doncic missed a game against Utah last Saturday to rest a sprained ankle, but returned to score 53 points in his last start on Monday.
